SHIPPING

What is your turnaround time?

Our current lead time is 2-7 business days. This is in addition to shipping time.

Please note this may increase during busy periods such as new collection launches and sales.

 

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, we ship internationally (some exclusions apply). Shipping fees apply and are added at checkout. These are calculated based on the weight and value of your package.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country’s customs authority. These charges are determined by the relevant authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Bow So Cute has no control over, and cannot predict, any customs or import charges that may apply.

If customs duties, taxes, or associated fees are refused or remain unpaid, the parcel may be delayed, returned, abandoned, or destroyed by customs. In such cases, Bow So Cute will not be liable for any resulting loss and no refund will be issued for the order, shipping costs, or any associated fees.

*USA 10% tariffs are covered in the shipping cost. 

Please note: if you choose to utilise a shipping forwarding company for your order, we cannot be held liable for any losses after the package is received by the fulfilment centre. 

 

Shipping address

Our shipping labels are automatically generated based on the name and address you provide at checkout. It is important that you double check your information before placing your order.
An incomplete or incorrect address will affect your parcel reaching you. If you need to amend any personal information after placing your order, contact us immediately via email, before the parcel is shipped. 

Bow So Cute cannot be held responsible if the information you provide is incorrect. If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will gladly assist with resending, but 
you will be liable for the cost of resending.
No refunds will be given on the original shipping method. If you do not wish to pay for the order to be re-shipped, a credit note will be issued for the order value.

 

Can you rush my order?

We do not offer a priority service. All orders are processed in the order in which they are received - we cannot prioritise one order over another.
If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us via email
before placing your order. We will be able to advise you on the likelihood of it arriving in time.


What shipping provider do you use, and how long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

All international orders are sent tracked. Shipping times vary based on location.

For domestic (UK Mainland) orders:

Delivery estimate 3-5 business days (in addition to our lead time). This service is untracked.

For international orders:

- Tracked shipping is 9-30+ business days (in addition to our lead time). Please refer to the chart below for an estimate based on location.

Please note these times are estimated and are in addition to our lead time. We cannot provide exact or guaranteed delivery dates. This delivery time may be extended if your package is stopped at customs, or if import tax/duties is payable (all duties and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer).

By ordering, you aknowledge that delivery times can vary.

No refunds will be given for items still in transit.

  

I missed my delivery, what should I do?

Parcels may be held at your local delivery office if you miss the delivery. It is your responsibility as the customer to contact the delivery office to book a re-delivery or collect the parcel. No refunds or replacements will be sent if you fail to collect your package. Parcels that are uncollected may be be destroyed.


I think my parcel might be lost in transit. What should I do?

Bow So Cute requires you to wait 10 working days from the date of posting to consider your order 'lost' (within UK). You should check in all possible safe places/neighbours before contacting us to report your parcel as lost.

Under the Consumer Rights Act, you, the customer, can ask us, the seller, to deliver the item again if the item wasn’t delivered (UK packages). You must contact with us within 30 days of the original postage date, for a replacement to be processed. If you have entered incorrect details at checkout, such as the wrong address or postcode, we are unable to redeliver or refund your order.

 

Do I have to pay tax on my purchases?

For purchases to countries outside of the UK, you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders. Please ensure you are aware of the possible charges you may incur in order to release your goods.

We do not offer refunds if you refuse the package due to customs charges. All taxes and additional import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

US CUSTOMERS ONLY: 10% tariff fee is included in our shipping prices.

All other counties: any duties and taxes are not included.
